Default When to weld suspension brackets

Hi,

The book says to tack the frame together, then jig and tack the brackets for the suspension, then weld the whole lot. To my mind it makes more sense to weld the frame, then jig and tack the suspension brackets to minimise the effects of distortion.

Am I missing something?

Thanks, Geedle.

I'm sure that's the way I done It, fully welded my chassis then fitted the wishbone and suspension brackets.
