Stuff I used came from b&q...mild steel diamond cross. the piece I got was much smaller than this one

Top tip is don't use hole punched sheet at speed it effectively becomes an air brake and will fight against it's mounting(s) till it breaks it, google stainless 'pulled sheer mesh' it's the stuff that plasters use to fill holes.

Cheaper than chips but would need painting so it's not for everybody.

I found a 500 x 500 piece of the stuff they use on Jags/Caddilacs and it did the main nosecode gap and the oil filter gap on my car.

More expensive and a bitch to work with but it was worth it for me. Also IVA were impressed with it while giving it a prod.
