5 1/2 J X13 alloy wheels for sale
Hi there, if anyone is interested I have a set of five 5 1/2J X13" alloy rims for sale, I think they're early Capri jobbies, four stud (damn just realised I didn't check the PCD of the stud holes, will check them tomorrow if anyone is interested. Anyway here's a poor phot of them, I'll get a better shot tomorrow. I'd like to think a set of five would be worth a nice round Ton, anybody interested? Ignore the tyres as although there is plenty of tread on them they're all ancient and none will hold air pressure for long.

you need minimum of 15's for the roadster so you have a bit of a limited market on her although someone might want them of a different car. may be worth putting them up on locost builders as there are always people looking for a cheep set of 13's for track days

The haynes roadster was designed around 15" wheels with I think 195/50x15 suggested as the tyre size. So the handling is likely to be best suited to these size tyres. The wheel arches are also designed for these wheels though so long as your rolling diameter is the same as for 195/50x15 then I can see no problem with the wheel arches. ie you could use lower profile 16" or 14" with greater profile - though the handling wont be as sharp as the slip angle increases with increase in profile.
Best bet for those wheels would be to find a Capri or Escort website. Friend of mine had a set like that on her 3.0S Capri. BV. |

HI
You need 15” wheels to clear the rear upright. The bolts on the bottom wish bone run very close to the inner wheel rim. |
