Look closer Mike, a grand for the chassis, a grand for the engine, and £5,500 for the solid platinum brake discs!
Maybe the title of his book should be "build your own sportscar on a f*&%ing massively huge budget!" Would be a good start for someone though, especially if they'll take an offer. |

He's been offered what it was worth when it was on auction. You'd think a classic car company would realise just how much work and money still needs to be chucked at it to finish it. Does look well done though.
