A this seems to be a common problem with iva I just wanted to make sure I get it right as I've seen so many different ways of fitting.

Does anyone have any pictures of how they have done it? Especially if you have passed iva. The bearing I have ordered from ebay is SLFL1 as I read somewhere that the 1" is a better fit than the 25mm without having to machine down the bush. Looking at it, it seems as though I could bolt straight to the 3mm plate? Open to any suggestions |

			 Here's mine:

![]() It's 25mm and I didn't have to machine down the bush - it was already machined for years of use ![]() It's bolted to straight 3mm plate and self-adjusted.

That's exactly as I was wanting to do it.

Why don't you have the plate covering the full width? |

I'm not sure if I want it under or over TR8 - it depends on engine/headers position in relation to steering column... and I think it's stiff enough

Are both parts of the housing on the outside of the mounting plate then?

Yes, they are both on the engine side of the plate.

Main hole in plate has about 60mm diameter...
