Default Classic Saloon

I'm thinking of getting a classic saloon that I can use to take the family to classic car shows.

I thought about a Rolls Royce Shadow (too ostentatious) or an Allegro (too austin-tatious). I've narrowed it down to a Cortina or a Dolomite, can you think of anything else?

It needs to be a 4 door and a cripple frinendly automatic.

Cheers

Chris

Stumped for choice if has to be orthopeadic(auto) otherwise my XR4i would be ideal as for some odd reason it's classed as a classic car for insurance so only £160 a year fully comp for a loon like me....

Depends how far back you want to go, if I were in the market for a classic would be either a Rover SD1 or Triumph 2000. Of course I woudn't say no to a Stag.

Hmmm, the Jag and the SD1 are a bit big, triumph 2000 is a good shout though - my dad had one o' them!

Default Classic car

I was going to say, Triumph Vitesse Or Tiumph Vitesse.

Then I noticed the 4 door, auto thingy.

Hows about the Triumph 2500 PI ?? , they were quite lively.
