![]() I just bent it gently over my knee! It's a big radius, so it's easy to get nice smooth curve.

![]() if you are using a GRP rear tub you don,t need to fit the curved supports.

![]() Sutch a thin strip of steel, it'll bend very easy. If you have delicate knees. You can use a bit of channel, angle, vice or even a workmate. ![]() Tap the strip with a hammer slowly working your way from one end to the other. It will soon curl up to give you the bend radius that you need.

![]() I did mine a little bit different.
Cut the side supports. Cut the 25x3 strip to length + tacked it on at the top Held the side support in place tacked the strip at the end welded in side support It curves very easily
