Default Zetec flywheel position?

afternoon all.
Problem.
some bright spark rubbed off the markings i made from my flywheel to engine, and I now have a possible of 6 ways that it can bolt back up to then engine?
Its a 1.8 blacktop and standard flywheel?
Has anyone got any bright ideas?

Does the zetec blacktop have the Crank position pickup wheel on the fly?

If so, get cylinder 1 at TDC and then the -1 on the trigger lined up with where the sensor would be.

If not, fit it any way and forget about it, your very very unlikly to notice any difference at all.

Worth checking and I stand to be corrected but with the Megajolt the missing tooth is 90 degs before top dead center

iirc one of the bolt holes is slightly off set so it will only fit one way.

Best bit so far: Getting it running
Worst bit so far: Cutting steel for wishbones and engine mounts.
Most annoying bit so far: Generator packing up half way through welding.

Not tried it on a Zetec, but that is indeed the usual way.

Not so on pinto, cvh, cologns , dohc's that I have worked on. And the CVH fly is used on the zetec conversion.
