Smile Pedal box

I'm just finishing off my pedal box. Can anyone help with the plastic bushes? Are they available commercially or if I have to make them? Does anyone know a supplier of a suitable plastic available in the UK? Also do I need to add an anti crush tube?
First posting on the Forum so be gentle with me!

Many thanks 3GE / John I hadn't seen the kit on your site. I may well take you up on a set but I'm trying to make as much of the car as is practical so I'll have a go at machining some if I can find the material. If I bomb out I know where to find you.
Cheers Trif

No problem, if you want to purchase plastic bushes, Igus are the best, they can be purchsed direct from Igus UK, http://www.igus.co.uk/wpck/default.aspx?PageNr=2400

We use self lubing oilite bushes, with a crush tube, that never need to be greased once assembled.

Kind regards

John

Trif,

I have some 25mm Oilon rod left. I had my dad turn my bushes out of that.

Just cover the postage. PM me if you want a bit.
