![]() Well had a great night tonight nearly finished my roll bar but cocked up one of the welds on the seat belt mountings right in the corner between the threaded insert and the cross member. Has anyone got any good ideas on how to remove unwanted weld where a grinding disk is not accessable ? If not guess I will have grind the whole thing off and start again

![]() As said, a Dremel. I had a blob run on an upright weld and though sound it looked awful. Takes a while with a stone on the Dremel but definitely worth the time.

![]() Thanks guys looks like I need to buy a Die grinder just to get the bits. Will give this a try as its preferable to cutting off the braket

![]() You should be able to buy the stone you need and put it in a drill. Die grinders arnt cheap if you only need to grind one mistake
