![]() ...and chapesses
![]() Thought I'd join up and say hi whilst waiting for my bits to arrive and to get the ball rolling by getting a HandyAndy/Saturn flatpack chassis (if he's doing them ATM...can anyone advise please?). Anyway I do have a couple of general questions whilst deciding what spec Roadster I'm going to go for...
Sorry for the questions, I suppose I'd better start thinking about a build table ![]() Last edited by PorkChop : 30th July 2011 at 11:59 AM. |

![]() You may have to play with the speedo if you use a mazda gear box with a sierra diff depending on wether you use mazda/ford or after market clocks. Theres not much difference between the type9 and mt75 footwells only 50mm you may be better off with a hanging pedal box rather than a book spec.

![]() Ive got size 12 feet and with my trainers on I can operate the pedals, Standard type 9 gearbox/tunnel. I'll be buying some slimmer shoes for driving once the car is on the road.

![]() I would go MT75 tunnel anyway, gives more scope when you want to upgrade.
![]() If your planning on MX5 rear then I see no real sense in going for a sierra engine and box as you can get better power from the MX5 and it may cost less. TT
