I bought me seats from them last year, no problem. Then another member bought some and had to wait ages.

I had no problem with their communications, other member did.

There is some sort of three pointed triangle (yes I know all triangles have 3 points) between KPD, Kitspares and GBS. KPD used to be part of GBS until last year when they seperated, then KS started up which I think was GBS's replacement arm for KPD.

Dont know if its fair to post on this untill all avenues are exhausted, Its not easy to be a supplier when you could be let down with your wholesaler, courier or an individual from your workforce. Might be best to speak with the md and judge the company from the response thereafter. Your case might be just a blip!!!

I agree BUT how many times do i phone,How many emails do i send If I ran my company the way in which these people do I would be having the same trouble with customers looking for me.The decent thing to do would be to, at the very least, email back but nothing. Customers MUST be kept informed, this is not business, sorry to be blowing off but its just not the way to do the job

I don't like to bad mouth anybody but I've heard a lot of people complaining about their service. I certainly wouldn't use them when there are reputable suppliers out there who can be relied upon. Even if they ate going to be late sending something the least they can do is reply to an email or phonecall.

I had the same shit with these guy's. In short words: ordered some stuff, they delivered something wrong, phoned them, mailed them -> after three months i gave up.
I work now with KITSPARES (GBS) and they are fantastic !!

Regards,

Wim

They attend most kit car shows - you could always come in person and let them know how you feel about their levels of customer service.

Nobody is perfect and nearly every kit firm is run by enthusiasts rather than businessmen, besides a businessman wouldn't bother with kit car firm as it's more a hobby that kinda nearly pays it's way. I made sure( or tried to at least) that I made things 110% and if I was late the quality was worth waiting for Yeah there are some that churn out endless piles of junk and charge top dollar for it but that applies to any other industry.
I have my own gripe with KPD anyway they copy stuff

not sure what the crack is but i tried to order stuff a few time s from them and no joy just no reply to emails phone calls and everything
thay where part of gbs but now kpd have split and gbs have kitspares who have been pritty efficent with me so im giving them the thumbs up
richard and his dad are very helpful and there are plans to do allsorts of parts for locost and roadsters in the future not just gbs stuff (just real busy with all the new zero stuff at the minute) so it would be a good idea to keep a eye out
