Too Easy
To join other forums is much harder than here. You have to be approved by the mods with emails being exchanged long before you would ever get a chance to post up shite like the spammers.Maybe the back door needs to be shut.

Yes it can be turned off, unless there is a bug being exploited.
Never installed vBulletin myself but used to administer one before it changed to new software. I am off out for a few hrs so there may be a build up of junk whilst I am away. TT
