Got my chassis number no bother,few weeks later got the same letter again with another form inside and no explanation.

Do I need to say more,they should be accountable for their mistakes as we are paying the wages.

Was it definately ZZ and not DZ? On the GOV.UK website it says

MASET - VC15A
DVLA
SA99 1DZ
