hi Mick for what its worth, I used a wide body westfield screen and frame (reshaped on lower bottom corners), westfield wipers, and an mgb 1972 wiper motor, box, drive and wiper gearboxes. the drive part all comes to bits so you can shorten the tubes, to suit as required to the first wheel box , then the second and a short tail, the inner can be trimmed so that the end is enclosed once final length is known.
on the wheel boxes I reshaped the rubber bit inside and the chrome part outside as the angle was out for me.
as I was using an mx5 loom it plugged straight in and added an earth to the last connector and I had all functions as per mx5 ie, 2 speed, intermittent and wash wipe.
I also used a universal washer bottle with pump (available in heeps of sizes / shapes on the bay)
I have my wipers a little to close to the screen so had to adjust the arms a tad so they didn't bind at vertical
or if lucky you might get a complete westy wiper set up which should be pretty close
Regards Gary
