Moving a SORN donor 5 miles?

What would be the cheapest legal way to move a SORN Sierra 5 miles. I have a tow bar on my car but I am not sure what the legal towing capacity of my car is. It is an Audi A6 2.4. Can I hire a trailer and tow with my car or do I need to ring a tow truck etc?
