Hi, I would run the brake lines the most direct route that keeps them on chassis rails and away from any moving parts.
So the front right should be quite simple run the front left aongside across the front and then back.
the rear should go down the right side of the tunnel to a tee at the back and then to each side from there.
run your fuel line along side the front to rear brake line with the pump close to the tank and yor filter can go either end where theres space you coul put it in the engine bay as a handy place to connect /disconnect to/from the engine run your return alongside the flow pipe
finally run the electrics in a simillar fashiom on the other side of the tunnel
i would try to make the runs as hi in the tunnel as possible to keep them out of harms way
