Default Clutch Cable Adjustment

I was making up my pedals today when I realised the Sierra clutch cable doesn't have an adjuster. Has anyone any cunning ideas on how to adjust?

I know older Fords, Escort MK2 etc had an adjuster on the cable and it adjusted down at the bell housing. But I'm not sure of the length.
