Worth it?

I'm going to be servicing my car next month and i am wondering if you think the Halfords deal is worth it:

If i buy this engine oil for £40:

I can get this driver set (with lifetime warranty) for free:

The only issue is I need a minimum of 4.5l of oil for my car meaning I'd need to buy some more on top. Does anyone use this oil or driver set? And if so do you think it would be worth it? Bearing in mind i'd be buying 5l of millers oil for my car for £35 if i didn't go for this deal.
