Steering Column Support

Hi guys I need some help before I crack up just spent the whole day 3 attemps and no joy.My problem is when I cut sw1,sw2,sw3 what way is sw2 suppose to go if you look at pics.Then when I measure across the bottom of sw1 and sw3 I get 478mm and when I measure across tt11 and tr2 I get 458mm also where does the 9 degree angle go I just cant get my head around it.where does cp 24 go, any help would be appreciated
