fuel tank drawings

hi guys, i was thinking of making my own fuel tank at work this week but am not realy sure about all the pipes & pump. how many pipes going in & out of the tank & what size should they be? alsow should i use the doner pump or is there another way? it would be great help if someone has a detaled drawing of the tank with book demensions.
