Painting wishbones

Hi all

I'm about to start my big chassis paint next week after the welding is finially finished this weekend . For now though I thought I'd start painting my wishbones and a few other bits.

However I've allready pressed my poly bushes and anti-crush tubes into my wishbones, should I take them out before painting?

If so how should I go about pulling the bushes out they were pretty hard to push in to start with!!
