I know you don,t really want to hear this, but .....
with it being 36mm & not 3.6mm out of line I personally would cut it out & replace to the correct dimensions, & if you do, then before you cut it out tack in a brace to avoid the chassis distorting. Sorry, I don,t wish to sound like a "kill joy" but a 36mm error is alot. cheers andy
