Default Brake plumbing

Can someone please tell me which outlet from the master cylinder goes to the rear of the car?

I've got one on the side (nearest the pedal end of the cylinder), then one on the top at the front and one on the bottom at the front.

(obviously it's not the one nearest the pedals), but is it the bottom one or top one?

Also, do i use normal male fittings on the end of the pipes as they go through the chassis plates to the flexible pipes?

Hope someone can please help.

Best bit so far: Getting it running
Worst bit so far: Cutting steel for wishbones and engine mounts.
Most annoying bit so far: Generator packing up half way through welding.
