Default Bearing numbers and Parts Sticky?

I'm stripping my front and rear hubs and need bearings and seals. When I've done this in the past to motorbikes I've quite often manged to find bearings and seals from a bearing supplier much cheaper than the dealer supplied items. I'm surprised that there isn't a sticky here with this kind of info in. Seems to be a few people posting part numbers for various things but all seem to be in different posts.

An example is the wheel bearings. I have most of the bearings stripped from the hubs and it seems to me that the front and back bearings are the same. However back and front have bearings from different manufacturers, Front being Timken and rear being SKF. Seal parts numbers would be boon because most of the bearings are ok but the seals are showing some wear. Anyone got a bearing equivalent catalogue?

Any thoughts?
