Bike silencer

I've been offered my makes Carbon fibre bike exhause from his CBR600.

I'm in two minds about it as someone told my not too, as the ammount of preassure from my 1.8 Zetec is greater than his bike and would cause back preassure?

On the other hand I was told you go by the BHP, His bike is 110BHP and the Zetec is 105BHP (when it was new )

what do you think?
