Hand in the pocket for the oily rag? Never!!!
When I was an apprentice we all had to sit through health and safety videos. I remember one in particular - it featured a chap called Ernie. They showed this disgusting, bleeding, weeping lump of reddened flesh that turned out to be the remains of poor Ernie's scrotum. He had made a habit of keeping oily rags in his pocket and now had severe dermatitis of the gentleman's jewelery. I don't think any apprentice that attended those sessions ever put an oily rag anywhere near anything sensitive from that day onwards.
The other video that explained that long hair and lathes don't make good bed fellows was also quite gruesome.
