A locost uses different wishbones and has different chassis dimensions so I think the haynes book would be of limited use.
Has the guy given you the reason for sale? I think you could face a bit of a challenge with that one, where as if you got your hands on a haynes chassis it would be more staight forward as parts are readily available for the likes of saturn, talon, and others But on the other hand I know very little about locost's so more biased towards the haynes
