Evening all. Only just joined the sight and iv just started browsing through a few things...

First impressions are that this is where i will find everything i need to start my build!

Saying that i don't know where to start as im very very new to this, all i can say is iv tinkered with and brought various cars over the past few years and never really been "happy" with them...

My work colleague Steve Ford the cheif scrutineer for the 750mc keeps telling me to just build the sports car for £250 by ron chamion... however he doesnt understand that you cant pick a mk1/2 escort up for £25 anymore lol

So being more realistic turning to the sierra seems to be a very decent option as a starting point!

I will be hopefully be getting the haynes book in the next week or so and then i can start planning things, by no means is this going to be a fast build but the thought of building a complete car from the groung up ticks all my boxes!

Anyways theres my introduction i hope to become part of the sight and learn as much as i can from all of you talented people.
