Steering Column Bush

I'm trying finish this bit off and I'm a bit confused. From some posts I've read it looks like I should be using one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISA...=STRK:MEWNX:IT but then other people seem to be using something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Sierr...item3cbaedb27a or is it actually a combination of the two? I seem to have lost this part off my orginal donor and my column just has a white plastic bit on the end which is currently sitting in the hole in driver footwell plate, is this right?
