how do i tell if my tin top has run flats? any tyre fitters out there?

its getting near time for some new boots for the front of the daily driver and its still on the orignals from the factory
is there a tyre marking for run flats? as i cant tell from the handbook or whats on the sidewall of my tyres
i do know there is no sparein the boot and a repair gel and a compressor in the boot and a tyre pressure warning light on the clocks but that is about it.
