http://www.haynes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=2430 Personally didnt like the book jig design.Can simply drill some box section with the hole at the correct height and then postion it at the dimension and then bolt the parts together through the box section and just lift it up to sit correctly. Sorry thats all i can do from memory book at home 1500km away.
