CVH Propshaft

Im going to get my prop shaft done soon but how much of the stuff on it it do I really need?
Theres a big donut which wont fit in the tunnel anyway,a three spoked round shock absorber on the other end,universal joints, centre support etc
How much of this do I need if the shaft is considerably shorter?
