What goes where

Which holes on the cvh 1.8 master cylinder are for fronts and rear please?(thought I'd better check)
Also I need some half nuts to secure brake lines to brackets --what size and thread are they please?
While I'm here what size and threads are the lock nuts for the rear camber adjusters and the lock nuts for the escort steering rack . I've been rooting through boxes of old nuts and bolts for ages and turned up nothing that will fit any of these bits If anyone has any of these lying around spare I'll be eternally grateful.
