shh120m is correct...

Rear drums on a Sierra for instance was designed to safely stop a car weighing about 1300kg+. A seven type clone weigh much less than half (average about 600kg) of that and drums will do just nicely.

A friend of mine raced his Locost with rear drums for a few years and believe the "advantage" of converting drums to discs at the rear is not worth the cost and effort.
