Thanks for all the replies, I have sent a couple of PM's out.
Ronnie, good to see some of the old guard still active here. It's quite alarming how many builders have sold up or are selling up. I often wonder what happened to my car. I still have hundreds of photos of it, every time i look at them I can see something I would do different this time around.
I am very pleased to see people moving away from the book design with different engines - I really like the sound of the fellow Bostonian's rotary engined build, hope to see that some time.
When I sold my car I bought a Jag XJR with 420 BHP, I sold it last month so I could buy a 4x4 - we need one here:-) Can't help wondering if it would be possible to graft an engine and box from a V8 Jag in to a modified Roadster frame. Getting the power to the wheels could prove interesting and getting it from the wheels to the floor even more so.
If I do start another one it will have to be something nobody else has done yet.
