Default sierra rear suspension set up

Hello all,
Have finally got around to tacking up the rear suspension brackets around the diff housing. Anyway on tacking it all up fastened wheels and uprights in place but wanted some way of checking that the rear wheels are running true before fully welding brackets in place, do the rear wheels run with any toe in or out and is there any way to check there allignment ? Also when checking the allignment how do you account for the small amount of slack in the crush tubes / mounting brackets? Hope this is about as clear as mud.

Many thanks Richard
