How much box section?

Finally got the space, some money and some time to make a start on my roadster.

I want to compare the price of either buying the box section or a flat pack kit, only question is how much box section have people ordered?

Iv worked it out to be 35 mt of 1 inch and 9 mt of 3/4 inch but that doesnt take into account the waste.
