The only thing that puts me off doing a WLR type body is that the whole lot is and has been up for sale on Ebay for the past 3 months, it would suggest to me that no bugger wants it any more. The same argument could be used for Westfield dropping the XTR2 after not selling many, don't get me wrong If I sold 4 chassis a year I'd be doing well given how slow every thing is.

What about an Ariel Atom style car? It's not a million miles away from the roadster in design, has simple body work (although the curved chassis tubes may be an issue), is rear engined and I would think would be popular. Based on an MGF possibly? Just a thought.

That amount of money for a track car is obscene,it could be made to fit the Haynes using four rear arches and some flat panes to join them all together,it just needs somone with the nuts to have a go !
