Just curious how many sheets of aluminium people used for their build

1 8x4 sheet I used.

1 x 2m*1m 2mm sheet for the floor sections and fuel tank

3 x 2.5m*1.25m 1.2mm sheets for the sides, rear panel and all internal panels

All half-hard 1050

I'm the same as josh and I still have a bit left and the of cuts have came in handy for making brackets. I bout all mine from aluminium warehouse and not to bad on the price

As above and from the same supplier, the sheet I ordered for the rear hub came damaged, sent them a photo of the damage and two days later there was a replacement sheet and kept the original damaged sheet, couldn't fault their service.

With ali sides, bonnet and rear tub, I used 3 sheets of 1mm and 1 sheet of 2 mm half-hard for the floor and tank.
