Diff angle

Hi guys,

Is the Seirra diff sit at 90 degrees to the chassis or is there another angle it should be at??

In what orientation?
If using the book brackets then obviously it will self jig if doing your own thing then drive shaft centreline is 90deg to chassis centreline

There is a casting line on the casing of the diff,it is the center of the pinion and should line up in the center of the chassis as stated previously.

I will after have a look for the line.
I will set this as level with chassis.

Is the line obvious on the casing?

Yes, thin ridge along center line directly inline with center of the diff flange/pinion nut.
