Does anyone have a drawing with accurate dimensions of the offset mushroom insert please?

Or just the dimensions?

Or just the offset value, as I will be able do figure out the other dimensions.

Found this drawing on my computer. The offset can be calculated from there. Cannot take any responsibility of the design tough.
