At last I am getting there
today i have finished cutting and tacking the main chassis together . i have just done the trans tunnel all i need to do is the rear frame . i will try to put som pics up soon i now most of you have seen it all before but it a huge mile stone for me . P.S. do you think it is ok to start to fully weld the chassis so far please advise ??????

Make sure you have all the diagonals tacked in and that there are no big gaps.... ........then weld the beast up but be careful how you go and do a weld here and a weld there don't whack too much heat into one area at once or it will distort.

Not wanting to teach anyone to suck eggs but...if for any reason you find yourself with a tube a tad short or the gap a bit iffy cut another piece of tube don't go trying to fill gaps too much as you will put way too much heat into and end up with a big 'nana.

thanks mate all the diaganles are in and taked and no big gaps i only got 1 or 2 small ones none no biger than 1mm . i had 1 or 2 miss cuts but as you said i just cut new ones [ got it right second time [ or 3rd ] ] cant wait to start to fully weld it and make the rear frame thanks again
