Default diff mouting plates

hi can anyone help which way up do the diff mout plates go ?????

25mm at bottom 31mm at top.

From the looks of the pictures you may need some packing washers.

Although I guess it depends where the brackets are mounted, but may allow for having either a 7" or 7.5" diff fitted.

Yep, the size between the brackets is rounded to the nearest cm (180 mm I think), and my diff at least is some 3 mm narrower.

my diff fitted perfectly when it went in the car. i bolted the brackets to the diff then the whole lot to the car. everything lined up perfectly
