Default New GRP Colouring - Saturn

Just received some samples back today for a new type of uPVC coating we are trying for the GRP body panels. The coating is applied to clear gel coat by a 3rd party and is branded and patented by Karnaval Coating, details below:

http://www.karnavalcoatings.com/productinfo.htm

The coating is a single coat uPVC finish which is crack and flake resistant and available in all RAL or BS colours including metallic, flake or two tone finish. It will be available at an extra cost but will certainly make a car stand out from the rest. Pics of some samples are below.

We will have costing and more details for it soon, please have a look on the website.

Cheers.....AndyH

Ash, If you flat yer panels down with fine wet n dry you can laquer them with fancy lacquer to give a fancy arse finish.
I did a few where folk chose the ral colour for their panels which was the base colour for the chosen laquer.

Andy,
Buy yourself a gel coat spray gun and some spray gel and mess around, if you do different colours while it's still curing it kinda sorta mixes and gives a mad washed menatl finish....Roadster would look mad done like that
