Default Slick tyre sizes

can somebody please convert these normal tyre sizes into slick measuremements for me?

185/65/R13 and 225/55/R15

I'm hoping to but a cheap set of second hand slicks for my spare set of wheels.

Thanks!

I thought track slicks were simply outside diameter in mm, rather than a percentage of the tyre width. So instead of a 195 / 50 / 15 it would end up as something liek 195 / 480 / 15.

so I'm looking for something in the realms of 185/470/R13 ??? is that right?

and the rears would be 225/500/R15?

I'm confused.
