Smile Modified Hand-brake Cable

Hi Guys,

Just wondering what people have used to fix shortened cable together with, Ash G using three cable clamps, has anyone used an alternative

I,ve used 2 "Throttle cable end" nipples/grub screw things, Tho i,ve shortened my cable at the Drum end not at the handbrake lever,
the bits i used were purchased from EDS motor sports on ebay, ........shortened the cable to correct length ( took a while to get it right), put both fixings on & spot welded on the end for good measure.
seems secure & hasn,t pulled thru etc.
