Personally I do not forsee Haynes having a problem with the name Haynes Roadster Club !!
After all that is the logo in the book & also the name designated for the Roadster. Provided the club do not sully the Haynes brand I am sure they would willingly support the formation of such a club  Subscription may be a little low at £5 .... Admin costs can certainly add up quickly & it would be nice to fund a basic web domain dedicated to the club.
