What do you mean by modded chassis from scratch?

If you are building a new chassis, which I presume you are if you are building a roadster, then you get 5 points for it. A few photos of the build process and receipts for the steel is all you need.

You are the manufacturer of the new chassis, it doesn't have to be bought from someone else.

I know it differs from office to office but at my recent dvla inspection, the girl inspecting it said, if it wasnt the original doner engine i would automatically get a Q

Drurys recent build contradicts this but i wouldnt put any hope on an age related without using only 1 donor car
