JHewitt, welcome to the forum
Don't worry about it, it's not your fault John has accepted a later offer than my own  I can see why he has accepted your offer, West Sussex is a lot closer to East Sussex than Coventry is. It will make it a lot easier for him to meet halfway. Although it does suck a bit that I've missed out on such a good deal lol
